ClustergeneDB is a web resource for exploring unigenes and their microsatellite motifs in this crop. It has high quality (HQ) 48007 unigenes generated from transcriptome of three tissues, namely, leaf, shoot and flower. Unigenes are described based on their length, functional annotation and annotation details. Search option based on key word search of unigenes is enabled in the DB. The DB has other search options, based on unigene Id, tissue type and SSRs in unigenes. It is expected to serve as great source for the cluster bean research community. This DB would serve as a great facilitator for molecular research in cluster bean. SSR search is especially intended for the breeders.
